  • Sales rep selection, to choose the right sales person for the right sales position.
  • Sales manager selection; to choose the right person with managerial potential to lead a sales team.

Together with the behavioral tests like communication style, and negotiation style we ask our participants to deal with 2 different scenarios;

  • New customer with lower price or higher service demand
  • Existing customer with a serious problem

For the sales manager positions we also ask them to deal with a problem sales rep, and solve a planning chaos in their agenda.
